We felt very well taken care of during a difficult time, and the varied breakfast options were a good surprise. The staff's awareness of our situation made us feel supported throughout our stay.

Everything was pleasant and rooms were updated and extremely pleasant. The food was great - good choice of options. Location: the hotel was just off eating establishments as well as many restaurants and shopping. The great service and the attention to detail!

Quiet rooms, very comfy beds, nice workout room and great breakfast! Added plus was the warm cookies at night.

There are numerous areas for improvement!!! The ice machine leaks consistently into the carpeted hallways. Maintenance needs attention, with broken spa facilities and poorly replaced bathroom doors lacking proper locks!!!

The place was impeccably clean and well-appointed, had competent staff from housekeeper to desk clerk. The location was particularly good and magnificent for our weekend. It was located in a good area👍😀

I came, I saw, I reviewed

My experience was less than stellar . The facilities were a letdown, especially the non-functional pool and hot tub. Noise from the road made it difficult to sleep, and housekeeping left a lot to be desired. The breakfast choices were disappointing and unappetizing. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Pleasant Stay with Great Service

Enjoyed my stay while visiting family. The room had a comfy king bed and a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Breakfast was good, with Jackie providing excellent service. Tip, Arrive early for breakfast to avoid the rush! Would definitely return for another visit.

Clean spaces and quick service impressed me. The hallway had a strong odor that lingered.

The staff was friendly and responsive, and the room was generally clean and well-maintained. The noisy upstairs guests made for an unpleasant night's sleep, and I was disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub were closed during my stay. A mixed experience.

great parks and attractions just a stroll away

I was actually surprised by how close major parks and the scenic 17 Mile House Farm Park were, making it a great spot for leisurely walks and explorations, and the staff's amazing hospitality made my stay even better as they went out of their way to assist us during a challenging time.

Good hotel with free Wi-Fi, a fitness centre, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me with currency tips during my first stay. I recommend it for a comfortable holiday. I'm coming back soon!

The stay provided a great atmosphere with attentive staff, especially since we were at the hotel due to a medical situation. The ground-floor room was convenient for us. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The homemade yogurt was a delight, and the coffee was always available. Unfortunately, the hotel seemed poorly maintained. Our room's bathroom sliding door was off track, and the tub didn't drain properly. These issues detracted from an otherwise positive experience.
